What is Coaching?
Coaching is an unlimited opportunity to work with an experienced individual who supports your visions, ideas, and life’s purpose. As your coach, we partner as one sound mind that solely focuses on the goals YOU set out to accomplish. Through clear communication and powerful questions I’ll help you generate solutions and strategies to achieve your desired results.
Coaching can easily be confused with Therapy; however, these practices are completely unrelated to one another. Coaching does not fix people, rather it allows them to determine their own path and be accountable for their actions.
- Therapists are experts in healing wounds from the past and typically help people dealing with diagnosed conditions such as depression, trauma, anxiety, addiction and other emotionally challenging issues.
- Coaches are trained to support people who live in the present, are eager to make improvements in their life or performance, and seek a more satisfying future.
